Counselling can offer you the opportunity of looking at the issues influencing your life. Taking time out to explore these in more detail allows you to work towards your aims and objectives and potentially open up alternative avenues of thought and behaviour.

We are all different and we all have differing concerns and issues. As a Humanistic Integrative counsellor, I adapt the methods I use with each client. Abiding to the Ethical Framework of Good Practice by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I aim to offer a confidential and safe space for clients to explore their issues and thus move forward in their lives.

Currently, I am working with clients from Brighton, Hove, Shoreham, Worthing and other locations in Sussex at a clinic in the Poet’s Corner area in Hove.
